Aquarobics
What is the Aquarobics
Program?
A water exercise program designed to work every
major muscle group. Aquarobics challenges your mind and body,
utilizes cutting-edge concepts and the natural resistance of water,
which is 12 times that of air.

What is a typical workout?
- Warm Up: 6-10 minutes of free standing or wall supported warm
up allows the muscles to loosen and soften, preparing you for
the aerobic portion.
- Aerobic Workout: Segments last from 25-48 minutes. Using
a wide variety of music and choreographed exercises, each class
focuses on a water-fitness concept designed by Aquarobics, using
the total body to strengthen muscles and burn fat.
- Muscle Conditioning: This is not a "warm down." Intense
concentration on specific muscle groups extends the elevated heart
rate period. The wall or flotation dumbbells are used for support
while strengthening the muscles.
- Stretching: Class concludes with slow muscle stretching and
deep breathing exercises.
