Inclement Weather Policy
During inclement weather, or for other reasons beyond the control of the facility or instructor, it will be the responsibility of each class member to call the pool facility to learn if classes have been canceled. Refunds will not be given due to inclement weather, but make-up classes can be arranged.

Bellevue Aquatic Center
The Aquatic Center will open at 10am, weather permitting, when Bellevue School District starts school late due to inclement weather. All classes scheduled to begin prior to 10am will be cancelled. It is the City's policy to cancel all programs when Bellevue School District closes due to inclement weather. If weather is questionable, please call the Aquatic Center, (425) 452-4444, before traveling to the facility to confirm that the staff are on site.
Evergreen
AM classes that start before 10am will be cancelled if Highline School District is closed or delayed. Classes scheduled for after 10am will be held if schools are delayed. For PM classes, if the weather is questionable please call the pool at (206) 588-2297 after 4pm.
Federal Way Community Center
Schedule changes or closures due to inclement weather will be made on a day to day basis by the Federal Way Community Center Supervisor. Call (253) 835-6900 by 3:00 pm or go to www.ItAllHappensHere.org.
Fife Community Swimming Pool
If the Fife School District is closed, then the pool will be closed; if the school district is delayed then the pool will be open following the school district guidelines. If the school district cancels afterschool activities please contact the Fife Pool, (253) 922-7665, before traveling to the facility. For Saturday class please call (253) 922-7665.
Juanita Pool
The Inclement weather plan will follow Lake Washington School District. If the school district is late or cancelled the class will also be cancelled.
Mercerwood Shore Club
If the Mercer Island School District is closed or delayed, class will be cancelled.
Newport Swim and Tennis Club
Class will be cancelled if the Bellevue School District is closed due to weather. If the school district delays opening, please contact the pool at (425) 746-9510 before traveling to the facility.
Redmond Pool
The Inclement weather plan will follow Lake Washington School District. If the school district is late or cancelled the class will also be cancelled.
