Aquarobics

If your goal is a leaner, stronger, fit body and having fun while you get there Aquarobics is for you.

Our water fitness program uses the buoyancy and resistance of the water to promote quicker muscle tone with less body and joint impact than on-land exercise.

Our professionally trained instructors will inspire you to move and burn calories away, all to your favorite music. Swimming skills not required and all fitness levels welcome.

WaterMotion

Group water therapy for those with arthritis, fibromyalgia, joint replacement, back issues and pre & post surgery. Increase strength, flexibility and balance using full range of motion exercises.

Aquarobics Deep Water

Enjoy deep water buoyancy and a wide range of body motions in this cardiovascular and muscle building workout. With the aid of flotation equipment, our knowledgeable instructors and fun music you will sculpt stronger muscles, burn calories and tone your entire body.
