First time participants are guests of Aquarobics™. Please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out a medical information card, read Aquarobic Safety Tips & Orientation and Policy handouts and meet the instructor for an introduction to the program.

If pregnant, you must have a doctor's approval before starting the Aquarobics water exercise program.  Please read Pregnancy Safe Information.
